Web Design Services

Web Design work is quoted prior to beginning the job and a booking deposit is required. We accept payment in the form of personal checks, money orders, and credit cards using Paypal's secure online service. We are sorry, but we do not currently accept credit card orders over the phone.

Online Art Gallery & Gift Shop

Orders from our online gallery can be placed to Black Horse Design through this website or via mail order.

• Website - ordering online allows a shopping cart to gather the information about your desired order as you shop our art gallery. The Secure Checkout process gives you the option of paying with your choice of personal checks, money orders, or PAYPAL payment on all orders.
  
  
• Mail orders - can also be taken using the cart system by printing the final invoice and mailing it in along with your payment in the form of check or money order made out to Black Horse Design.

Payment Methods:

We accept VISA, Mastercard payments through PAYPAL; checks or money orders. Your order will be shipped after payment has cleared.

Framing:

Framing is available for select items and priced accordingly. For more information on our framing styles available, please contact us for more information. Original Artwork is sold framed unless otherwise requested.

Shipping:

All items are shipped via Canada Post unless buyer requests different delivery method such as Express Post or DHL. Please contact us with your mailing address and we will send the shipping cost in advance of your placing the order.

Shipping rates are as follows:

• Surface:
  3-4 weeks within North America - $6.50 to Canada; $7.50 to USA
• Airmail:
  1-2 weeks within North America - $7.50 to Canada; $9.50 to USA
• ExpressPost:
  6 business days within North America - $20 within Canada; $25 to USA
• Outside of Canada/USA:
  Shipping quote will be provided for approval before processing of your order.

Overweight items and original artwork shipping will be quoted individually for insured shipping. Prices can vary depending on the size and weight of the painting. You may email us before purchasing for a shipping quote.

* Shipping times are approximate based on average delivery times. Peak seasons such as Christmas (December) may be delayed somewhat.

Orders/Delivery Times:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. If a back-order occurs, we will contact the buyer and give the option to substitute an item or wait for it to be re-stocked. Once an order is processed, a confirmation message will be sent to the buyer via email.

Return Policy:

• Returns may be made within the first 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise.
• Custom Orders or personalized orders are not returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm specifics prior to ordering.
• Report damaged goods or discrepancies to Black Horse Design immediately upon receipt.
